It sure does. In fact it'll pull up every single jump you've ever made in gamma.

It's a great app and will be massively useful for the expedition's scouts Smile

Cross your fingers that Michael Brookes' warning about not relying on the netLog doesn't in the end hold any water, i.e. don't be surprised if those log entries go away once the game is more stable.

Including across wipes - it shows me going from Betelgeuse to Shinrarta Dezhra in a single jump.

RE: EDDiscovery
Bug report/Feature request:
Data grid currently sorts timestamps column as text when the header is clicked.

I like EDDiscovery very much, and it just seems a shame I have to currently use Excel to properly reverse the list.

Can this be changed to either sort the column as proper timestamps or report the timestamps in 24hr format (would have similar effect)?

I will change it so it will work with all different cultures.

RE: EDDiscovery
Still doesn't seem to be working quite right after updating just now.

Example of bad sort:
11/25/2014 10:51:40 AM
11/25/2014 10:52:41 PM
11/25/2014 10:54:49 AM

Would have similar sorting issues crossing year boundaries with US culture (all like months sorted together).

RE: EDDiscovery
If you want easy sorting of date+timestamps then ISO 8601 representation is the only way to go. That or you need to store some actual Date(Time) object behind the scenes and sort on those.

RE: EDDiscovery
Yes, that is true, Athanasius.

However, from my experience with .NET, I know most grids do have access to the unformatted timestamp data behind the pretty formatted strings that can be used to sort properly.

Most of the time, it is just a matter of telling the grid to treat the column as a date for sorts rather than a string.
